Home has no electricity, hot water, or air conditioning/heat.
In order for a cleaning to take place the following conditions must be met:
- Cleaner(s) must be given access to the property during the booked appointment time
- Electricity and hot water must be on and functional
- Air conditioning/heat must be available to provide a sustainable working environment
This is to ensure that our team has the utilities needed to utilize their equipment as well as providing a safe environment for them to perform the cleaning service.
If any of these conditions are not met by the customer, the appointment will be canceled and Qleen will collect a $100 cancellation charge for the service.
